      Great pay, loved my team lead and coworkers.

      Cons

      If making more money isn't what's fueling you to be successful it can be tough to rise up out of the role. This job can chew you up and spit you out, just nature of the business. Didn't really feel like upper management knew me as an individual. Just another person that needs to hit their goal.

      Good equipment and resources, Staff in office are very friendly, Free snacks

      Cons

      No help from management or training beyond basic training and refreshers, no management in Cork office to speak to as you are managed from London with visits 2-4 times per year. TDRs in London are on the same team but get preferential treatment and can engage with reps and account owners
