The product is great and easy to see the value in it. The team is very easy to work with and everyone wants to see you succeed. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

Not really a con, but there is a lot to learn about the technology and it takes time and dedication to really feel like you have a grasp on everything.

Pros

It has been great here at Varonis. From day one everyone was very welcoming and helpful in getting me up to speed for my role. The training was good enough to put me in a position to succeed quickly. They have made a solid effort to have virtual events for employees to socialize due to pandemic influenced regulations.

Cons

Training was good enough but not great. It is a lot of videos and labs that get you up to speed on the product but lacks some of the fine details on how that translate to customer need.
