Cons

Training was 1 month on 1 product, then started working cases where questions could be on any of the 9 products. Team Leads and Management were not helpful and found that asking questions on products you didn’t know a sign of weakness. Favoritism was evident. Training was remote and consisted of self paced videos, labs, and quizzes.
