My experience with this company has been a rollercoaster of good and bad. The work culture has been fairly toxic and when it's not, it's bland. There is no diversity in the company - very little representation for minority groups, no diversity training, awareness, nothing. (At best there's the standard "Zero Tolerance" workplace training. ) People are burnt out. There's no enthusiasm anymore with the work we do. Instead it's pressure to take cases, and many people end up working extended hours (with no compensation because we're salary-based) Communication within the company is lacking - things will get changed or rolled out and people will learn as it's happening or after the fact.

Where do I start, micro management, no good raises or bonuses, just recently started giving employees stocks, but still very cheap. Product doesn’t change so don’t expect actual new features, very old technologies, management is not friendly nor transparent and it can get personal. Top software engineers shouldn’t go there.
