Flexible schedule. Great job during college. Fun and exciting company. I learned a lot about management through the company. As Steve Van Doren said it was about the people not waving the brand around like a flag.

Cons

Benefits are slim to none if you aren't an asm or store manager. Peak season makes or breaks employees. Say goodbye to holidays.
