Working at Vans was really chill. Nothing felt scripted besides visits from HR. The store was a family and I enjoyed my shifts.

Cons

Of course there was pressure to sell more, make unnecessary recommendations to customers, and the pay was minimum wage. I also voiced that I wanted to move up after performing exceptionally well and they hired externally for the position a year later.
