-Great discount (50-70%) -Lots of contests to add money to your paycheck -not commission based

-Low pay -Under trained staff -upper mgmt can't get their ducks in a row. Ive worked at two locations and each one has had different issues but no matter what the issues are they all stem from a lack of communication and training.
