You get to be yourself which is awesome .. Staff is Super cool it's like fam. Get to wear Vans .. if you like the brand i liked it... diversity !

Cons

No hours not a good job for a 25 -30 year old I had bills to pay and the hours limited a lot maybe just 10hrs a week .. gotta makes sales goal which blows .
