- a great flexible job with reasonable hours (most shifts are 4 hours) - coworkers will be the best people - get to be paid to hangout

Cons

- Not many hours when it's not the busy months i.e. Summer Break, Back-To-School, or Christmas. - It is based heavy on key performance indicators, which most of the time comes down to being at the right place, right time when a buying customer walks in.
