This job is not for you if you can’t handle rude customers for the sake of making sales. Demoralizing.

50% clothes discount and uniform allowance. Training is constant and a good work culture. Since its an American company they also offer some healthcare benefits.

Cons

Very little room for growth in small shops but its part of the vf family which may offer more opportunities.
