Long term employees, free flow coffee + gym. Nice office layout, if you are OK working in an opened space set-up (invest on good noise cancellation headset). Casual office dress. Represent the brand: skate and surf! Lots of free sample giveaways!

Cons

Can be cliquish & favoritism for promotion. Limited and siloed career growth. It seems that checkboard has lost its' soul. Year 2025: now it is a fad? And lack luster in Action Sports.
