Great environment focused on the customer! Many opportunities to develop skills and move up within the company.

Cons

There weren't a lot of cons, mostly just low pay and constant lack of motivation from part time sales associates feeling like they weren't getting enough hours.

The store is a great environment to work at. The vibe is more laid back than most stores. You get a free pair a sneaker, 2 shirts, and great discounts.

Cons

Hours suck! Store opened for a month and I was given one day to work for 4 hours. It was okay that they fired me because they hired to much staff, but the manager FORGOT to call and let me know. So I called the store for 5 weeks asking if I worked not knowing I was fired.

Cons

Dealing with customers that forget you're also a human and make mistakes, sales associate's longest shift = 4.5 hrs. BS. Seriously a job that'll get you a snack.
