Good benefits, great discount, fun energetic employees, good team of managers, amazing brand and product made. Opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

Working in a mall and having late hours. Holiday hours are terrible, early mornings, really late nights. Not a job you want if you're a "9-5" kind of person.

If you love vans, which I do, you will like to around them all day. The people there are usually pretty cool and the managers are cool with you and want to help you grow as long as you do your job. Ohh yeah and the discount is pretty killer.

Cons

It's retail so do not expect a lot. It can be stressful and there is a lot of corporate policies that make no sense but hey I understand you have to protect yourself as a company.
