I understand it is a youth focused company, but in my market it is difficult to attract and retain good employees when they can make more elsewhere. Huge disconnect between departments in corporate lead to unbalanced work load. One week you have everything to do at once, ie. Visual changes, new merchandise coming in, old merchandise going out and let's throw in a corporate visit. One hand does not talk to another and not enough payroll to get it done.
