Good product to be around, easy to sell to people, relaxed environment, good discounts, awesome dress code.

Cons

They won't let you work over a certain amount of hours because then they'd have to offer benefits which I think is ridiculous. Also your sales for the day, your help with customers and overall job performance means nothing because there's no commission and this company makes a bit of money and I think they could afford to pay their employees more than $8.00 an hr honestly considering the amount of customer service goes into to selling people shoes and looking for extra sizes and the amount of inventory we deal with.

Good benefits, great discount, fun energetic employees, good team of managers, amazing brand and product made. Opportunities to move up in the company.

Cons

Working in a mall and having late hours. Holiday hours are terrible, early mornings, really late nights. Not a job you want if you're a "9-5" kind of person.
