      Bad managment and so bad HR

      Pros

      Best thing at valeo is your friends only nothing else Almost all people are good and helpful and you must not loose them

      Cons

      Everything specially salaries, and managers (not all of them) Also when you are leaving they are trying to deduct from your salary what you they have to pay for you Really so bad.... Also the HR team is so bad .. they are like kids playing no issues fixed and they do not care about the employees

Valeo Egypt HR team is working on promoting a transparent, friendly, ethical work environment. It seems that you resigned, we would have appreciated that we knew about these concerns during your exit interview so we could have discussed that with you.

      You will have more opportunities to explore your technical knowledge.

      Cons

      Don't believe the HR team for what they offered during the interview time. Always make sure you should get all those conformation via email. There will be a 1 Year service level agreement. But the HR team will not inform you anything on this. You will only know this from your offer letter. And when you this to HR they will say they have informed this to your job consultancy. But they will never inform this to job consultancy. Few of my colleagues came to know about the 1 year agreement on their joining day only. I have lost the trust to HR team.

      Poor Communication between teams, for example HR and RnD

      good location and parking/canteen facilities

      Cons

      wrong people in senior roles, like supervisiors, just hired and promoted from within and this does not work. For example in HR, promotion from within over the past few years, but the particular person knows nothing outside of Valeo and brings no experience to the table.
