      Pros

      Projects technically challenging what make the work enjoyfull.

      Cons

      The enviroment is very toxic and everything you say and do IT WILL BE used against you. YOU simply can trust nobody. Worked more then 16h our some days including some weekends and was basically not work it in the end.
