      It looks nice in green but that's it.

      Pros

      Nice view from outside, and because of bad management you always have something to learn technically, from braking machinery.

      Cons

      From an experience of 8 years, increase in position after 6,5 years, swimming through sharks, to much care for costs creating destabilization of work/life balance for everyone, an increase interest in diplomatic/political skills and relatives rather then real technical knowledge and affinities. In a few words, a place to start, do not worth wasting to much time and life.

      Multi-nationals, lot of opportunities, good diversity and room to grow and travel internationally. This company is good university, you can learn a lot

      Pros

      Lot's of chance to learn if you are willing to learn. Good benefit on 401k and health insurance.

      Cons

      Hard to keep good balance between personal life and work if you want to make customer satisfy. Basically lack of resource compared to number of project. IT support very poor and administrative works are getting worse due to removed s/w to save cost.
