      There are no pros, I need 5 words here.

      Cons

      They set unrealistic goals and if you don't hit them, they will point fingers at you. Also they don't fix the machines but they expect you to work through it and fast. Everyday is exhausting and painful

      High Partiality between VLS and VWS by VITC Management, Targeting specific employee and encountering, Employees has been mismanaged and played with internal customers many times and in many areas. Selfish behavior, worst man and team management. VITC is going down due to current management and their decisions.
