      The roles and responsibilities are not clear Lake of appropriate technical training specially for the new batches Career path specially technical is not so clear Appraisals are not subjective in many situations

      Pros

      Nice Cafeteria , Coffee Machines are inexpensive not bad at all.

      Cons

      Bad Environment , Racial Discrimination against the local workers , Frenc people use to insult them in French , Usually calling them Pigs ( no way some local people also speaks french and english ) . They use very creative ways to push their employees to quit with no remorse. the worst place to work . they use a local law firm to back their abuses.
