      Pros

      Multi-cultural company, friendly coworkers, high technology, massive production size.

      Cons

      Too many managers, there is no hierarchy, or you are engineer or you are manager. Lack of change management, nobody knows about the changes. No ownership, the division of the team makes a big mess and it entails the big mess what is the company.

      Not too many pros the people who are on your level are great

      Managers push overtime no bonus no increase of wages after review no incentive to up level as pressure goes through the roof

      School, best processes in the sector, global and multicultural, possibility to interact with people of all the world, health insurance package

      Cons

      Management with total absence of empathy. They make you feel as raw meat, the strategy of people development is to "shape minds" through stressing and menacing the collaborator. Integration process not respected at all.
