Business Outlook
Pros
Appear to be a good company, working on state-of-the art project. Good salaries for Irish standard (still lacking with respect to rest of Europe). You can get by very little work (if someone finds this possitive)
Cons
Lack of leaderships, direction, strategies. Project appear to be solved ad hoc. Horrible office space, crowded , unclean. Little opportunity for growth. Not even coffee is free. Overall, employees don't seem to be valued a lot.
