      - Brand Name - Good Pay - Acceptable Infrastructure - Learning opportunity

      Cons

      - Manager - HR - Policies that won't fit the IT business and culture - No proper road map - Even the smallest decisions get delayed and prolonged as in Government offices. - Employees not treated professionally by higher management and HR - No proper project management - Frequent termination of employees, even the good performing ones just because of grudge that management has.

      Bad hierarchy from top to down No career path available, almost impossible to promote to what you expect Secret/hidden promotions for whom they liked No transparency High turnover rates Less educated and open minded managers

      Pros

      Lots of nice people work here. Good international headcount. Multicultural influence.

      Cons

      Management prefer reaction rather than action. Makes life really tough on engineers at the coalface. Us and them attitude between R&D and Production. H&S are out of control, not possible to have a letter-opener to open a package. No lessons learned between pretty similar projects, same issues reappearing all of the time.
