      Overburdened, understaffed, and overworked - lack of respect for employee worth

      Pros

      Benefit package relatively standard, 3 weeks off vacation (if you can use it), medical/dental/vision fair coverage

      Cons

      Overworked, understaffed at working level. Senior management arguements in front of subordinates, hallways, etc. Indifference and inabilty to understand what it takes to successfully launch product, expectations on deliverables extremely high internally and from customer not realisitic. Program financial management systems inept and inadequate.

      it is a paycheck period !!.

      Cons

      no consideration for employees None they don't care that you have sickness in family ant might need a few days off. the point system stinks. they look for reasons to get rid of employees so they can replace you with a temp. CHEAP LABOR

      Pros

      Salary was ok. General expenses covered ie. hotels and transport. Fellow employees were nice people to work with, there was the odd exception.

      Cons

      The average duration permanent employees stayed within the division where I worked was 18 months. There was little or no "corporate memory" because of this turnover of staff which included design engineers etc. I have never come across such a short tenure before of since. Senior management did not trust their staff and in general there was a lot of treachery and mistrust.
