      [1] Hands-on learning experience [2] Diverse personality pool to learn and develop with [3] Good pay and 401K [4] Very extensive job demands. Your days will not be boring by any stretch. Always something to do, always something to fix, always something to improve, always someone to answer to.

      [1] Work/life balance. Some nights can get very long depending on the situation, and some meetings are scheduled late. [2] Very extensive job demands.       Pros

      Great people work here. Employees help each other where possible. Subsidised canteen. Good working conditions on the work floor. Health and safety taken seriously.

      Cons

      Management out of touch with employees, no communication. Rumours fly around the production floor from members in management. People left to find out for themselves. Management done speak to employees and explain situation.

      * * No learning opportunity for fresher * No managment skill for the manager * No employee carrier road map * No proper structure * no defined roles and responsibilites * On name of SPOC / SME u wil be taken for clerk work * No credits for the work * No domain related activites * Highly de motivated * managment will not support you , incase of any issues with customer. Even though the mistake is not from yourside. *Managment not capable of bringing new and big projects
