      Great environment ! But doesn't add a lot to technical skills after a while

      Pros

      Great environment and culture Generous medical insurance package Generous transportation allowance Big organization, this adds to your management skills Premises surrounded by nice gardens Good overall package

      Cons

      After about 6 months, technical skills gained is almost 0 because we're doing the same thing again and again. Location toooo far from the city. Took me totaly 3-4 hours daily to come to work and back. Food/Cafeteria has always been a problem

      Pros

      Good salary, benefits, close to freeway.

      Cons

      They just want to make money at lowest cost. Will only hire interns and will make engineers compete with each other. HR goals is a mockery. I heard that Thermal division is good though. Customers very dissatisfied and order cancellations likely.

      Pros

      The product is great fun to work on. Who doesn't get excited by car head and tail lamps?? It is great having the lamps built onsite. You can really see how they are made. And the shop floor is amazing and modern.

      Cons

      Old timer or two doesn't welcome newbies. Melting plastic vapors are an annoyance to eyes, nose, mouth, ears. RIGID timekeeping is a slap in the face. Clock in and out every time you walk out the door.
