      An amazing ethical and respectful humankind culture supporting strong business expectations. Company is expending very quick, from traditional automotive tiers 1 to high tech company, leading automotive innovations. The best experience in people care and development I ever experienced.

      People joining us needs to enjoy this belonging feeling, personal investment, and multi-activity management. Others, just pass to another company review.

      - Gain a lot of experience in short time - Ability to work with different products and products lines in the same place - Modern well furnished in a very nice place with many nice views and facilities - Able to meet a very high experienced people - Learn how to develop high quality software

      Cons

      - Very bad managers mentality and management style - Most probably you will lose your personal life due to very high work load - Very unprofessional environment - No one can understand how are the evaluations based on - No transparency - A lack of efficient tools due to its high prices and the treatment of Valeo other sites to the Egyptian one as a low cost engineers

      Poor Management & Poor HR. Promotions are taken place to fill a vacancy even with non-qualified personnel (Specially Team Leaders). Upper Management is on a total different island in terms of real problems facing employees
