      Pros

      It is a really good company to work for, very good benefits and ok pays. Some managements are very nice and some are not, but overall it is good. Mangers respect employees and willing to listen.

      Cons

      Really no life work balance because everyone works long hours, you have to bring your computers even if you are on vacation. If they need you then you have to work whenever they need you.

      Pros

      So far my experience at Valeo has been positive. Plenty of opportunity for learning, you just need to engage yourself. Overall there is a positive and friendly atmosphere. Because tehy are a European company, time off for family reasons is a nice plus.

      Cons

      Some of the time it appears rather childish and disorganized. Some projects appear rushed, though complete.
