      Pros

      Can get a lot of responsibility early on in your career. Solid culture, procedures & methodologies. Good opportunities for international mobility.

      Cons

      You get responsibility, but have to work hard for it. Can be impersonal. HR dept. not so supportive of employees and seem to be more concerened with cost control.

      Pros

      -Excellent Pay and very valuable experience especially if you want to work in the automotive industry -Flexible work hours which is a plus if you have a family -You get a laptop so you can work remotely if necessary

      Cons

      -Can be cut throat -Can be gossipy -Very little training or direction; you are kind of just thrown in there -sometimes it can become very stressful and has a workaholic nature to it
