      Pros

      Valeo is a multinational of CAC40 growing a lot, expanding many new technologies You can have good perspectives.

      Cons

      The finance pilotes everything and sometimes, R&D center or plants can loose motivation and developpement opportunities. They need to be more flexible according to some budgets. Depending the position, but as quite often in the automotive industry, the environment can be really stress full.
