      Pros

      Decent benefits and pay scale to a point.

      Cons

      Good old boy feeling and inability to promote experience from within. Willing to loose employees due to wanting to keep them in current positions because they are good at it and not wanting to have to find replacements. Not a very good work / life balance. Always wanting production workers to put the company first and not their family. However, managements families come first. Double standard between R&D center and production facility in regards to holiday parties, company picnics and involvement of employees.

      Valeo is a great place for advancement. I love my job as a trainer. We are always growing.

      We do have lots of overtime. Sometimes this is hard on young families

      Pros

      Gain tons of experience fast, once hired you become trapped at your base pay, promotions from within rarely happen, everyone gets treated equal, taking on more responsibilities will not be recognized for pay increases.

      Can't think of any, best company ever.
