- Good learning opportunities. - Colleagues are mostly friendly and helpful.

- Salary distribution is not fair, a younger colleague with much less experience could be easily taking a better sallary than yours. - Forget about work-life balance, you will be requested for overtime and work in the weekends, and the compensation for those is pennies! And if you refuse? Well, prepare yourself for the worst appraisal in your career!
