everything is bad : 1 - they fire people to cover thier weak security system to secure important files 2 - the salaries are not fair juniors might have more salaries than old eployess 3 - no personal development 4 - team leaders and managers are not qualified to lead people they just pick the old empolyess 5 - currently valeo have a very big turn over everyone is trying to escape 6 - no work life balance 7 - you dont get paid for overtime and they celebrate the fact that they can deliver software without overtime although emloyees stay overtime put dont get paid. 8 - bad HR system. 9 - salaires and bounes are not clear to all employess. 10 - i was fired because i was wrongfully accused of leaking salary files although they had no proof that i did that.
