Pros

Pay is great, starting at 20 dollars an hour. They also offer instantly vested Roth 401k options, and are an industry leader in mental health care for employees. They also focus a lot on green initiatives and inclusion.

Cons

Their UMR health insurance is not accepted in as many places as something like Blue Cross Blue Shield. Also there have been some questionable decisions from corporate as of late, including mountain acquisitions leading to cuts among the US workforce.
