Vail Resorts over the course of time has been a great place to work. Skiing benefits are real good If you are in for the skiing it is a great place to work

Cons

upper management is not in tune with the industry. Wages are completely sub par for the industry Vail puts a lot of effort out concerning the environment, all fine and well until it cost money. Lots of talk, little action unless it puts $$$$ on the bottom line Nearly extreme turnover in the upper management at Vail Broomfield, CO Very little continuity from one senior manager to the next inbound manager. The company is buried in red tape and processes that fail due to the high turnover of senior management combined with short staffing.
