Vail resorts pays their instructors very well, with incremental increases for experience, teaching in another language, returning students, and returning students requesting the same instructor.

Cons

The only cons I ran across had to do with individual students or classes and not to do with the resort or management.

Awesome job for the summer, down time nice (dial-a-ride), reasonable pay for work, great people (coworkers & guests), consistent

Cons

Upward movement difficult. Regular shifts (fixed-route) get tedious fast.
