Pros

Free lift pass, fun people to work with

Cons

With the cost of living, the pay is basically minimum wage. Hours typically aren't great either.

Great place to work for a ski pass.

Pros

The benefits are good, i.e. ski pass and health insurance.

Cons

The corporate mentality is overtaking the fun. New rules and restrictions enacted all the time, with every decision geared towards making the company more money.

Pros

I loved being able to work with kids and adults. It was fun to see them learn and succeed. They pay you for waiting to receive a class even if you don't end up working. They have great training courses. Also, they have great discounts!

Cons

If you are injured on the job, they only give you minimum hours for workers comp. They also are very overpriced with food and beverages.
