Fun Culture, but overworked and underpaid

Pros

The culture of the office is great, you get to go on a ski day for work at least once a year, and the company really tries to connect its employees in Broomfield to the mountain. Its easy to relate to the product, and overall a fun company with great people.

Cons

Like pretty much everyone here will say its pay. The benefits are great, but when you are asked to put in 50-60 hours a week and feel underpaid at 40 hours it can be hard to get motivated.

Great benefits and perks and you get to work in a fun environment with people who have similar interests as you.

Cons

Low compensation, lack of employee development, struggle with recruiting and hiring as well with the volume of applicants. Seasonal work is primary source of employment as well.
