      Pros

      If you are able to work a professional job in the mountains, then you will enjoy a much more casual working environment. Working in the Corporate office is like working in any other large company

      Cons

      Management speaks of succession planning but continues to fill vacant positions from outside the company. Continual turnover of staff and no action by upper-managment to address these issues is very concerning.

      Really great benefits (Health insurance, HSA, health clinics), Flex Time Office, Great company for young people who don't have families.

      Cons

      Unless you are in marketing, you don't get much attention. No real training. Sink or swim mentality Executive leadership doesn't really support family time.
