EVERYTHING. The company doesn't care about their employees in the slightest. They tell you one thing and do the opposite. They tell you the benefits are good then present them to you and they're garbage. You don't get treated very well. For a multi-million/billion dollar company they provide you with garbage equipment and don't update it for the programs they're trying to use which makes your job harder. You don't get filled in on information so you have to constantly ask management who doesn't know what they're talking about. It's a very bad work environment.
