Good Corporate Culture, but they struggle with employee development.

Pros

Great benefits and perks and you get to work in a fun environment with people who have similar interests as you.

Cons

Low compensation, lack of employee development, struggle with recruiting and hiring as well with the volume of applicants. Seasonal work is primary source of employment as well.

Your feedback in regard to pay and our recruiting struggles is also appreciated.
