11yThank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! We agree that there is a real community when working here. One of the great things about our company is that we do attract people that are passionate about the outdoor industry and lifestyle and it creates a very dynamic culture to work and live in. We also agree that there can be challenges with the seasonality of our business and making sure we are retaining our staff that has worked so hard. This is a topic that often comes up within our leadership team and is reviewed to see how we can do this better. Some of the changes that have come out of this are employee development programs to help our seasonal staff find year round placement, a bigger push to help our staff find counter seasonal work and compensation reviews. We’re happy to hear that you loved the camaraderie as much as we do!
