Pros

During my last stint at PCMR I worked between mountains on the Mountain Safety Team and it was an outstanding job. Worked two seasons with the company back in 2014-2016. I just heard Rob Katz was reappointed CEO. That's a very smart move in my opinion, that guy is an amazing CEO. Will be interesting to see what he does next.

Cons

Not really anything to complain about. Obviously the cost of living in PC is just insane. Now even the outlying areas are overpriced, so they added Employee Housing. Not sure how that's going but if they're charging for it that could be tough for some.

Pros

Work from home (See cons) Access to ski mountains (see cons again) Pay is decent

Cons

Company is trying to reduce remote workforce Profiting from employee recreation at company-owned mountains is very much part of the business model. Extreme upheaval due to constant expansion.
