Pros

The ski pass, pretty flexible, lots of employees and things to do at the resort as an employee.

Cons

Depending on your manager is changes the experience. Some of the people employed cause drama which isn’t fun to be around.

Pros

Good perks- ski pass and access to pro deals

Cons

Terrible pay. Get to watch your coworkers get laid off regularly. Everyday you wonder if today is the day they decide to lay me off.

Pros

It’s a paying job, so better than nothing I suppose.

Cons

No work life balance. No incentive for expertise like industry certification. Your managers are all unqualified. Vail would rather have someone with no experience in IT than to pay you for being an expert. The entire company is a disaster with some of the worst leadership I have ever seen.
