      Pros

      VRR attracts some great people, it's too bad VRR doesn't give them a reason to stay. Nice discounts on sports gear and a ski pass.

      Cons

      Very oppressive working environment. Employees, myself included, never feel they have the chance to make a difference or that there opinion will be taken seriously. At the middle management level the feeling that you're about to get fired is always over you head. It's unbearable, don't waste your time.
