      You get to work with people who are truly passionate about the ski and snowboarding industry, and you get a free Epic pass during the winter season no matter what location you work at, management is very flexible with schedules and works to accommodate everyone

      Retail managers do not recognize quality performance from employees, tend to treat people unfairly

      Vail Resorts Retail offers a friendly and upbeat work environment. Employees receive great perks on mountain and in the stores. They invest in their employees and have great leadership training programs.

      Cons

      Very corporate structure within VRR and the seasonality of the job can get old.
