Cons

Long hours expected, micro management at many levels, corporate inflexibility, visa hiring process was trying.

Pros

The best parts were the access to all Vail Resorts mountains, meeting lots of fellow employees, and just having the opportunity to live and work in a mountain resort town.

Cons

The part that I struggled with most was that working for a giant corporation in a high-demand position made me feel completely expendable and it was difficult to find value in my daily responsibilities.
