Great benefits. Love the ski pass. My manager had full confidence in my ability and was given the chance to lead our staff without being micromanaged. Corporate officers were always a quick call or email away if I need extra support.

Cons

Not a real downside, but my location was 3 hours from the snow so I didn't get to use the ski pass as much as I would have liked to. Again, not a real downside, but bonuses really depend on the weather. No weather, no traffic, no sales. Because Vail is a great company, it's hard to promote as you move higher up in the company. I was at a point where I had to relocate to further grow or I had to wait for my supervisor to retire. I would definitely come back if the right position opened up for me!

Pros

Inexpensive employee dorm style housing. 50% off meals. Epic pass with reasonable black out dates. Time off given to use the Epic pass out of state. One of the best ski areas in NA. Fun atmosphere, made friends with my room mates. Would work here again if they were hiring.

Cons

Inexpensive employee dorm style housing. Get a flu shot! Sickness is rampant. Management stretched thin and overworked. Only place to buy groceries has limited hours and no employee discount on the overpriced items they do carry.
