      Employee season passes, buddy day passes, discounts on tuning and rentals, easy access to slopes, ride breaks during split shifts, comprehensive baseline training, and fairly relaxed for retail; everyone is at a resort to have fun

      Cons

      The usual for resort towns; pay in comparison to cost of living, seasonal for entry level employees, and the occasional and very memorable awful customer
