      Pros

      Great perks - free ski pass/bike pass, cheap accommodation if needed. Free pass for dependants and partners. Good staff events. Sense of community. They hold quarterly anonymous questionnaires to try and better improve employe experience

      Cons

      people tend to stick around in management roles for very long times as well as area manager roles - which in turn makes it hard and slow to progress in the retail world.
